It is bullshit, as you say. However, there is only one reason not to re-air it, and that is because if Artie's accusations of Teddy's theivery are false, and they re-air the shows, Artie, the show, Howard, and serious will be all be named in the defamation lawsuit Teddy brings. You know how paranoid Howard is about people making false allegations on the show. Artie acknowledged on the show that Teddy will probably sue him. Expect Teddy to get a nice big check from Artie to go away. Artie doesn't want all the (not-quite-legal) things that Teddy actually does for him to come out, that is for sure!
